Owned by professionally-trained pastry chef Kathryn Gaffrey, The Modern Crumb Bakeshop is a bakery located in downtown Easton, Pennsylvania, inside the Easton Public Market. We’re conveniently located just minutes from Interstate 78 and Route 22.

We happily offer a variety of vegan options, including vegan cookies, vegan muffins, vegan bread, vegan rolls and more.There are also a variety of gluten-free baked goods, such as our fudge brownies, oatmeal cookie sandwiches and poppy seed muffins.
